Used secondhand "New" Tissue machine with stock preparation. Machine is completed "new" ( meaning was not installed). Manufacturer is from China.
It is in a warehouse, unmounted and it consists from technological line for production Tissue paper with capacity 20 T/D from 100 % virgin pulp
One Tissue machine working width 2,2 m (in technical description is written working width 2,1 m, but nett with of sieve is 2,24 m) capacity 10 T/D.
Equipment is manufactured in 2013. Tissue machine has arrived in the factory in 2014.
According to the project mill planned with one more Tissue machine, so total capacity would be 20 T/D.
This equipment is with spotting system injection pulp on sieve.
However mill want to sell due inadequate working width for the converting machine.

Structure requirement

Structure technical characteristic
1. Dryer is from Chinese famous supplier, cylinder body is alloy casting iron (insider surface of wall is grooved which can increase heating spreading and save cost of steam), cylinder body and cover treated with inner strength reduction, through statistic balance test, pressure test: 0.5Mpa, hardness: 220 above, dryer size: φ3000×2400×2700mm.
2. support bearing use double line roller bearing, strong bearing made by china-famous supplier: model 3113168
3. Gas hood use Canadian type breathing type hot air hood, main body use 2mm aluminum plate,support is made from carbon steel, use box-type breathing slot, increase the hot air blasting speed to 54m/s as well as its temperature, eliminate the water drop problem in winter.
4. Radiator is made from seamless steel pipe with aluminum strips, sizes: 1000×700mm, heating exchange area: 200m2
5. Scraper use Canadian type pneumatic scraper, stainless press mark, carbon steel welding, pneumatic pressure adding. Cleaning scraper is movable to ensure the surface of dryer clean.
6. Dryer with rotary joint, stainless steel hose, siphon.
7. Pressurized forming structure (spraying pulp type), the body made from carbon steel, the inner area which touch pulp is made from 304 stainless steel
8. Cylinder mould: main axis: 45# carbon steel,wheel rim: grey casting iron, vacuum pumping system for high speed. Cylinder mould: φ1800×2350mm.
9. Step diffuser, stainless steel: 304, thickness: 3mm, with multiple pipes, with return pipe.
